Palma Granola
Ingredients
• 3 cups Palma Oatflakes
• ⅓ cup ghee
• ¼ cup honey
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup Palma walnuts
• ⅓ cup Palma pistachios
• ⅓ cup Palma almonds
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp salt
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together ghee, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl.
3. In a large bowl, combine Palma oats, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mix, stirring until well coated.
5. Spread the granola in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes until golden, stirring halfway through.
6. Allow to cool completely before breaking apart. Store in an airtight container.
